All Print-On-Demand sales are final unless there is an error/issue with the print itself. Some color changes may be noticeable between the screen picture and the product due to the backlighting of your monitor and/or the product material. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us at and we will take care of your claim either by giving you a return address or sending us photos of the product.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a timely manner. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at for more exchange details. 

Warranties (if applicable) 

We are proud to say that all of our electronics (any light and/or diffuser products) purchased from our store come with a warranty of up to 90 days after the delivery. This covers any manufacturing defects, in which case we will replace or refund the device.

Our warranty does not cover normal wear/accidental damage done to the device.
